Dr Willie Tan is Professor and head of Department of Building at National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the Director of the MSc(Project Management) program and Co-Director of the Center for Project Management and Construction Law. Dr Tan has served as a consultant to many organizations and has published widely in academic journals. He is a past winner of the NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Award and author of Principles of housing investment (Pearson Prentice Hall, 2006) and Principles of project and infrastructure finance (Taylor and Francis, 2007). His research interests include geomatic engineering, project finance,project management, urban management.
